Abstract Submission Guidelines
We are accepting two types of abstracts:
1. Programmatic/Scientific: Data, programs, training and capacity building, and interventions designed to retain and promote female leaders in global health
2. Scientific: Global health research, with particular consideration given to research on women's health
A limited number of abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation. All other abstracts that are accepted will be poster presentations.
The deadline for abstracts submission is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, February 28, 2020.
Accepted abstracts will not be published after this conference. Submission and presentation of an abstract at this conference will be eligible for submission to other conferences/publications.
Abstract Submission Format
Title: The abstract title should concisely describe the abstract.
Max 100 characters.
Authors: The author who will attend the conference should submit the abstract under their own name. If other authors would like to attend the conference, they can register for the conference.
Limit of 10 authors.
Abstract Text: Programmatic abstracts must include background/purpose, methods/design, outcomes and evaluation, and conclusion. Scientific abstracts must include background, methodology, original data and results, and conclusion.
Max 500 words.
Table/Figure: Up to 1 table or figure can be included as part of the abstract submission. The table or figure must be in .pdf format.
Max 1 table or figure.
The first author for accepted oral presentations will be eligible for travel and lodging support.
